Emmanuel Little is the Owner of Unity Exchange Inc., a company he founded in 2021 after starting his career in 2018 as the first employee of 4ward. With a proven track record of over $3 million in revenue and experience working with more than 10 clients, Emmanuel recently promoted an office and continues to lead with ambition. His short-term goal is to achieve 2,000 sales in a single quarter, and by 2026, he aims to establish three new offices.
In his free time, Emmanuel enjoys soccer, creating music, and studying successful entrepreneurs. He values Unity Exchange’s growth-focused environment, where team relationships and personal development thrive. Guided by the belief, “Give away what you can’t keep to gain what you can’t lose,” Emmanuel is motivated by constant learning and exploration, always looking for the next opportunity to grow.

Outside of work, Auquel enjoys traveling, playing piano, and baking. She’s motivated by new experiences and financial milestones, aiming for $10K per month as her next target. In 2023, she received several recognitions, including the Rising Star Award, the Award of Excellence from The Nature Conservancy, and the “One to Watch” certificate. Recently promoted to Team Lead, Celeste is focused on supporting her team’s growth and creating a positive, driven culture.
Her long-term goal is to open an office in Crestview, Florida, and expand into the Panhandle. Outside of work, Celeste enjoys photography, volleyball, and cheering on the Broncos. Guided by the motto, “Be present and never give up,” she takes each step with enthusiasm, staying focused on her goals while enjoying the journey.
