We appreciate our industrious colleagues and enjoy celebrating our achievements together. A win for one of us is a win for 4Ward Marketing Group, after all, and this is especially true when someone earns a promotion. This month we wanted to congratulate John for advancing to crew leadership.
John will be running his own office in the next year, expanding the 4Ward Marketing Group brand into a new market. He has tremendous focus and knows how to lead an organization from the front. What’s more, he understands the importance of details and is courageous enough to show how much he cares. In short, he’s a very likeable person and a respected leader, and we know he’ll do a great job in his new location.
Fortunately, John won’t have to reinvent the wheel when he’s establishing a new headquarters. He’ll be using our comprehensive education system to train all the new hires he’ll need. From day one, people are immersed in our firm’s operations, working with team leaders on real-time projects. They see what makes our company great through the eyes of the event managers who help make it that way, learning skills and abilities along the way.
